1.1. You can make a reservation for Hotel PARIS Balchik in one of the following ways:
1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.
1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the amount due.
1.4. At the hotel’s discretion, an amount of up to 50% of the entire value of the reservation may be claimed as a required security deposit to be paid prior to check-in. We expect payment from you within 3 (three) business days of receiving our e-mail (unless another time frame is agreed between the parties). The balance of the total amount of your reservation is payable on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a reservation on which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.
1.5. Where a security deposit has been requested in advance, your booking is valid but is deemed to be finally CONFIRMED once the specified payment has been made for the specific booking, and payment confirmation has been received by e-mail.
1.6. If payment is not made within the time limit described, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2.1. Cancellation of a reservation can be made in one of the following ways:
2.2. In the case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to ten (10) days prior to arrival, the customer is not liable for a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are further described.
2.3. In case of reservation cancellation 10 (ten) but not less than 3 (three) days prior to arrival, you owe a penalty of 50 (fifty) % of the total amount paid as deposit.
2.4. In case of reservation cancellation less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before check-in or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.
2.5 Hotel PARIS Balchik reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel.
In these cases, the hotel shall:

3.2. In case of late check-out, the first overdue hour will be charged 10 (ten) % of the room rate, the second overdue hour 50 (fifty) %, and the third overdue hour 100 (one hundred) %. Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

3.4. The check-in is done by presenting identification documents of the guests. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. 5.1 HOTEL PARIS Balchik undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.
5.2 HOTEL PARIS Balchik undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, save for exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
5.3 HOTEL PARIS Balchik is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
5.4. All claims regarding the quality of the services paid for must be presented by the client on the spot at the hotel in order to correct any faults. The claim must be in writing. If the claims are not satisfied, the customer must obtain a report from a responsible person. The hotel management will provide the customer with an official statement of the matter within three (3) working days of receiving the report.
5.5. No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the customer.
5.6. All prices announced on the website of Hotel PARIS Balchik, as well as in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the client, are in BGN and include VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.
5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, which were stored outside the personal safe; restaurants or spa, or for damage caused by third parties.
5.9. The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe generally accepted standards of good conduct during their stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
5.10. In compliance with national legislation, smoking is not permitted in Hotel PARIS Balchik’s rooms. As a result, if noncompliance is discovered, the hotel reserves the right to levy a BGN 150.00 charge without previous notification.
5.11. Customers using the services of Hotel PARIS Balchik should be adults according to Bulgarian legislation /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unsupervised on the territory of Hotel PARIS Balchik
5.12 Hotel PARIS Balchik reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Reservations accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
5.14. For all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.hotelparisbalchik.com website, the mandatory provisions of the law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
